Kjersten Starr, Founder
The original heart and soul of Symmetry and Balance, Kjersten answered the call to share her gift of healing with her community 13 years ago. As a licensed massage therapist, she specializes in trigger point therapy, deep tissue and therapeutic massage but is trained in a variety of other sub-specialties, such as lymphatic massage, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage and massage for mental health. In addition to massage therapy, she is also a trained yoga teacher and raw food chef, certified Lash Artist, and trained PMU artist specializing in microblading, lip blushing, Scalp micropigmentation, and saline removal procedures.
Belinda Neff, LMT
Belinda is a highly skilled licensed massage therapist with extensive expertise in rare massage specialties such as Abdominal Therapy and Neuromuscular Assessment and Therapy. She has a strong background in prenatal and postnatal massage therapy, as well as proficiency in addressing hypermobility disorders, such as EDS. Belinda is committed to providing exceptional care tailored to your needs. Her confident approach and deep understanding of the body ensures a personalized experience for each of her clients.
