To sign up: From the Membership page, click “Join Today” button. This will take you to Meevo to complete your Online Membership Enrollment. Enter your personal and payment information to set up your plan – once we receive confirmation of your subscription, you will receive your Membership Contract via email. Once your contract is signed, you’re all set!
We understand that life happens and you may not always be able to utilize your monthly massage service. In such cases, we offer a flexible credit system. If you are unable to attend your monthly session for any reason, you will receive credits to your account for any monthly massage service that you have not used. These credits can be accrued and later redeemed, up to a maximum of four (4) of the Membership-specified massage services. Please note that we do not issue monetary refunds for unused services. This policy ensures that you can still enjoy the benefits of our therapeutic bodywork, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
To cancel your Embodied Balance membership, you must provide 30 days’ advance written notice to Symmetry and Balance Wellness Hub or come into Symmetry and Balance Wellness Hub and speak to an authorized staff member. Cancellation is effective 30 days after notice is received. Any fees accrued within that 30-day period will be charged to the credit card on file, as scheduled. Early cancellation fees may apply.
