  • What is a Customized Massage?
Our Customized Massage is simply that - a therapeutic massage that is fully customizable to your needs and preferences. Hot towels, hot or cold stones, cupping, gua sha...even aromatherapy! We never charge extra for these services and techniques, as our goal is always to provide you with the most healing, therapeutic massage experience that we can.
  • What is Thai Massage?
Thai massage is a full-body massage modality that uses a combination of deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle guidance by the massage therapist into yoga-like poses to relieve tension, decrease pain and increase mobility and flexibility. It is traditionally performed on a large floor mat to give plenty of space for movement.
  • What should I wear to my Thai Massage?
When planning for your Thai massage, it is best to wear loose-fitting clothing that allows full movement of your body.
  • How hot does the HaloSauna get? Is it adjustable?
The HaloSauna is typically kept at 105 degrees. Because it uses infrared heat, the actual temperature does not need to be kept as high as a traditional sauna to receive all of the health benefits. However, if 105 degrees is too hot for you, the temperature is easily adjustable! Most clients are very comfortable at 95-105 degrees.
  • What should I wear in the HaloSauna?
Clothing is required in the HaloSauna - most people wear gym clothes, light summer wear, or even swim suits. Even if you arrive in clothing that is not ideal for the HaloSauna, don't worry! We have freshly laundered and disinfected cotton t-shirts and shorts that you can borrow for your session, free of charge!
  • If I have a HaloSauna session before or after my massage, do I need to get dressed to go from one to the other?
Of course not! We have freshly laundered and disinfected robes and slippers available for those clients who are planning their massage and HaloSauna session concurrently.
