Roots in Action: What is the Community Membership and why did we change it?
For a long time, our membership followed the traditional wellness model: Pay a monthly fee. Receive a specific service. Get a discount for committing to come regularly. Repeat until you realize you have three unused massages, no open Saturdays, and a stress knot that has developed its own stress knot. That model works beautifully for some people. But it does not work for everyone— and we want our roots to be accessible to every client. Some people need massage every month. Ot
