The Roots Portal: Self-care tools and guided practices employees can explore wherever they are. Resources include meditation, gentle movement, nervous-system education, and other ways to pause and pay attention to themselves. They can choose what feels useful without turning the gift into another assignment.

A monthly halosauna session: Each active membership month includes one halo sauna session at our Cottage Grove clinic. It is tangible time away from the usual demands: warmth, quiet, and an opportunity to rest. An actual appointment for themselves can make the invitation to slow down feel a little more real.

15% off additional care: Members receive a discount if they choose to book more support. Additional services are optional and purchased separately.

These are choices your employees can make for themselves. You provide the invitation and access; they decide how to use it. The message stays simple: you deserve care, and we wanted to help put some within reach.

Give Your Team Roots for $30 per Employee per Month

Choose how many months you’d like to sponsor. You can give your team one month of support, cover a full year, or choose another duration that fits your budget.

The price is always $30 per employee per month, billed monthly to your company’s card. Sponsoring a year means twelve monthly payments—not an upfront annual charge.

Employees can set up their own memberships, or Kim can help coordinate enrollment and your company’s authorized payment arrangement. We’ll help you choose the setup that works for your team.

When your sponsorship ends, employees can choose whether to continue with their own payment method.
